The products on our website can be touched and viewed at any time at our Cash & Carry stores. Our Cash & Carry stores are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (non-stop).

How do I know if the product is available?
Each page on our website displays the availability of the product you're searching for. This information may change throughout the day depending on current sales: if you plan to pick up your order at our Cash & Carry locations, make sure the product is available on the day you choose to visit. Therefore, please remember that product availability is purely indicative and, while usually accurate, we cannot guarantee it. Due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed. Even after the order confirmation email has been sent, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. If some of the ordered products are not immediately available, the customer will be contacted to offer alternatives or arrange for deferred delivery.

As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a link to track your delivery. If you don't receive the email within 48 hours, you can request the link at this address: servizioclienti@plastidea.it

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (Consumer Code), refunds and/or returns are not made, except in exceptional cases.
Any replacement of defective or damaged goods can be made within 15 days of collection of the goods, exclusively upon completion of the appropriate form and presentation of the purchase invoice and return slip.
If the above conditions are not met, Plast Idea reserves the right not to carry out the replacement.

For orders under €500.00 + VAT, you can pay cash on delivery to the courier at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can pay by advance bank transfer or credit card.
