You can collect your goods directly from our Cash & Carry . As soon as you place your order, our operators will process it. Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll be contacted to schedule a pickup date at one of the Cash & Carry locations most convenient for you.
Alternatively, we ship throughout Italy, using fast, reliable couriers selected based on product volume and the destination geographic area. Shipping is free For orders over €150.00 + VAT. For smaller orders, the fixed fee is €13.00 (cash on delivery is free). We only ship with tracking.
We deliver all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the following day. Please note that delivery times are indicative only and, while they are usually met, we cannot guarantee them.
The courier generally delivers between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at street level, without prior notice. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a note confirming the delivery attempt. The note will contain the courier's contact information to schedule a second delivery attempt or to find the address of the nearest branch. If you have not contacted the courier within three days of the first delivery attempt, the package will be held at the courier's premises for 30 days. If you fail to collect it during this period, the product will be returned to the sender and the order will be considered cancelled.
As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a link to track your delivery. If you don't receive the email within 48 hours, you can request the link at this address: You can check the location of your package directly on the courier's website.
Upon delivery of your package, please check that the packaging is intact. If you notice any damage, you can report it by writing a written and reasoned inspection reservation (e.g., "torn packaging"). Only by completing this step will you be able to activate the extraordinary return procedure. Since this sale is reserved for resellers/users/professionals, the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (Consumer Code). Returns are therefore generally not accepted.
Without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation, in the event of goods not conforming to the order or defective goods, an extraordinary replacement may be carried out and the notification must be made to our offices, by completing the appropriate authorization form for the replacement of the goods to be sent to the email address , no later than 15 days after collection or receipt of the goods. If our operators find the reported anomalies, they can proceed with a replacement, which must be done upon presentation of the purchase invoice and return slip. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
